## Facts

- **Availability:** AskDona Pro feature, generally available since **July 1, 2026**.
- **What it does:** takes a list of assessment items (for example an Excel checklist or questionnaire), checks each item against the organization's documents (policies, procedures, design documents, records), and returns for each item: a proposed judgment, the reasoning, the supporting passages, the source references, and any information that is missing.
- **Scale:** designed to search across thousands to millions of documents.
- **Input format:** existing Excel-based checklists and evaluation sheets can be used as they are.
- **Repeatability:** once criteria and output format are set, the same assessment can be re-run.
- **Human role:** the AI makes the first pass; people review the evidence and make the final decision.
- **Patent:** the processing method is patented in Japan (Japanese Patent No. 7874919).
- **Published results (proof of concept):** on a system risk assessment of about 400 items, judgment accuracy above 90% across four categories ("addressed", "not addressed", "out of scope", "cannot determine"). In production use, the workload of the target tasks fell by 45% on average.
- **Typical uses:** third-party risk and information-security assessments, evaluation against vehicle specifications, internal audit, compliance checks, quality evaluation.
